Guests can book Balconies for Price of Oceanview Staterooms
SANTA CLARITA, Calif. (November 14, 2008) – Guests dreaming of fresh air and sweeping ocean vistas have a great opportunity to provide a free upgrade to a balcony stateroom. Princess Cruises’ “Balcony Bonanza” offers a balcony for the price of an oceanview stateroom – representing a savings of up to $1,000 per cabin.
The Balcony Bonanza promotion applies to bookings made through December 15, 2008 on most 2009 summer sailings to Alaska, Europe and the Caribbean. Alaska and Europe cruisetour bookings will also receive an additional $200 onboard credit per stateroom.
“Affordable balconies have long been a Princess trademark, and with this promotion we’re giving agents a sales tool to make a balcony even more accessible to their clients,” said Jan Swartz, Princess senior vice president of customer service and sales.
During the promotional period, Princess is also offering free upgrades from an interior cabin to an obstructed oceanview stateroom.
